AmCham signs a memorandum of collaboration with Microsoft and Silatech on youth employability in Morocco

Microsoft Morocco and Silatech have partnered with AmCham and OFPPT to launch Ta3mal.ma, the first Moroccan employability portal designed to provide full career services and assessments of competences for recent graduates. The portal links graduates and employers together and provides a guide of ideas to help graduates gain the necessary tools they need to be employed. The portal also helps strengthen young people’s skills, by providing training programs, which help them in their job search.

Thanks to the mobilization of many local and regional partners in Morocco, the portal is able to offer online courses ranging from entrepreneurship, language learning to ICT and science.

Even before its official launch, ta3mal.ma has already reached more than 1,000 registered people and it aims, by the end of June 2016, to have more than 100,000 new registrations.

Besides helping young people, the portal allows companies to upload their offers for free and look through the registered candidates for the person that best fits their needs.

The portal will allow companies to:

  • Post job offers and manage CVs of candidates directly on the website.
  • Have free Access to candidates’ CVs without the obligation of offering any job.
  • Thanks to InstantMatch technology, companies will be able to quickly find suitable candidates for their vacancies based on their search criteria.
