Boeing signs a historic agreement with the kingdom of Morocco.

On September 27, 2016, Raymond Conner, Chief Executive Officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Minister of Trade, Industry, Investment and Digital Economy signed a historic agreement in the Royal Palace of Tangier in presence of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

This agreement aims at boosting Morocco’s aeronautics’ exports by establishing a sourcing platform for more than 120 Boeing suppliers. Such agreement is expected to generate a turnover of one billion dollars and will create more than 8,700 new jobs in the Kingdom.
